Project history
The complex features light architecture and clean lines. It blends into the landscape, uniting urban and country living, and offers breathtaking views of the river, the new Champlain Bridge and Montreal.
In 2017, QMD embarked on developing a monumental and ambitious residential project, the Lum Pur Fleuve complex on the banks of the Saint Lawrence River in Brossard.
Lum Pur Fleuve residents enjoy elegant, refined interiors, large windows, colossal outdoors spaces and exceptional quality of life.
This spectacular complex consists of three 15-storey towers clad in brick and aluminum, all overlooking a vast pond. The 234 units, divided into 3 successive phases, are available for purchase or lease.
The Lum Pur Fleuve project raised several significant architectural challenges for QMD, which we met in collaboration with our partners. To excavate a foundation on the banks of the river and next to rocky terrain, we shored up the structure with a system of retaining walls. This wood-and-metal structure enabled us to create a two-level underground parking garage with 15-foot ceilings that support the multi-level towers.
