Les Entreprises QMD Inc. was founded when Luc Quenneville, a seasoned project manager, and Jean Morissette, a renowned chief estimator, decided to join forces. Building on their outstanding reputation and remarkable achievements, they surrounded themselves with highly qualified professionals.
