QMD also offers customized services that fall outside the usual scope of delivery methods to ensure that our services match the particularities of each project.

Fixed-price estimates enable us to define a fixed budget from the outset. QMD undertakes to carry out the work for a predetermined amount, whatever the actual costs.

Turnkey or design-build projects allow the building owner to have a single point of contact for design services, execution of work, drafting of documents, construction and management of all on-site stakeholders under a single, pre-determined flat-rate contract. When our customers choose this project delivery method, they know that their project is risk-free and that there will be no surprises.

As construction managers, we are committed to supervising the construction site and providing consulting services tailored to the precise needs of each partner. We are present from the pre-construction stage, during the execution of the work and right up to the building's full commissioning. We coordinate the various parties involved: design, architecture, engineering, specialized contractors, etc.

Our development division, Dév Méta Inc., offers you the following services: site selection, financial studies and analyses, financial support, construction supervision, specialist coordination and sales and marketing support.

QMD employees benefit from various technologies that enable them to be more agile and efficient, and innovation plays an essential role in QMD's business. 

Our teams use technology in all project realization processes. The Procore platform, our main project management tool, was implemented in February 2019.

LEED is a global approach aimed at achieving ecological, economic and social sustainability in building design, management and maintenance. We have developed a LEED (Leadership in Ecology and Environmental Design) expertise to meet the demands of many of our clients.
