Rubis 1 & 2 - Marquise Phase 4 and 5

Construction of the prestigious Marquise complex's 4th and 5th residential towers, comprising 15-storey concrete buildings offering 344 rental units, a swimming pool and a fully equipped rooftop terrace.

The buildings feature a fitness and yoga center and an entertainment room for private events. They also offer indoor and outdoor parking, with 341 and 150 spaces.
