At QMD, we know that a large part of our success is due to our employees and partners' expertise, experience and dedication. Without them, we would be unable to carry out projects of such scope and quality. QMD ensures that all its employees and partners benefit from a safe and healthy working environment. This is a priority on our worksites and in our offices.
QMD is also a member of the ACQ Select safety group. As a result, all our sites are regularly audited, and appropriate employee training is rigorously provided.

Since QMD's creation, all our employees and the specialized contractors we work with share our desire for excellence and continuous improvement We adopt a collaborative approach to ensure that our customers and partners are fully satisfied with our services. We work closely with our customers and are always flexible in our approach and transparent so that QMD is a trusted partner, even for the most ambitious projects. At QMD, we are masters of quality construction, whatever the project.
Always proactive
QMD advocates proactivity, taking steps to correct problems at source in real-time so that work can proceed as planned. Project managers constantly communicate with partners and field teams to ensure all essential information is shared. Our customers know that we offer exceptional quality and meticulous attention to detail, from the drawing up plans to final delivery.
Proudly ISO certified
Since the company was founded in 2006, our quality system has met the international ISO 9001 standard to ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with contractual requirements, that any non-conformities are identified, and that every stage is monitored. QMD's management style is, therefore, always conscientious. The company's proven management method ensures that what has been requested by the customer is always delivered on time.

Our wellness program includes various initiatives such as encouraging physical activity, reduced working hours during the summer months, snacks available at all times and numerous activities to enjoy with colleagues.
Centraide and QMD: a relationship of trust
Centraide was one of QMD's first customers. We strongly believe in loyalty and we always support their cause. QMD proposed revitalizing United Way's construction and real estate division in 2011. QMD president Luc Quenneville led the division for two years (2011 and 2012). Some $300,000 was raised in the first year, and over $1.1 million was raised in 2016. This partnership between QMD and Centraide continues today.
