We officially broke ground on our highly anticipated project with a groundbreaking ceremony.

Paola Hawa, mayor of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, the team from NEUF Architectes, our partners, and several members of our teams were in attendance.

This project, in development for several years, is double LEED certified, highlighting our commitment to sustainable practices. It marks a new era for the city. We are excited to see this vision take shape and to imagine its impact on the community.
